The story of how KKDATA became a leader in the creation of incident reporting software is one of entrepreneurial spirit, hard work, and continual attention to our customers needs. 

In 1995, the first versions of IRIS were distributed as shareware on CompuServe and on various bulletin boards around the country. The extensive customer feedback we received was invaluable, and we found ourselves releasing new versions of the product every six to eight months just to incorporate the features that our customers wanted. 

By late 1996 we added DAR and PROTRAK, and released Loss Prevention Office Suite version 1.0, which established KKDATA as the “simple-yet-powerful” incident reporting software program for security professionals. Since then, we have continued to expand both domestically and internationally, forming relationships with security and hotel firms around the world. 

Currently KKDATA products are in the hands of over 500 customers and are responsible for hundreds of successfully managed security departments worldwide.
